Managing Broker Nicholas Jakubco has been a widely recognized Real Estate Industry leader for over 25 years first being licensed as a Sales Agent in 1998. He is a lifelong Chicagoan who received a Bachelors Degree in Business and Finance in 1997 from Miami University and after working in the finance sector for a short term decided his interests would take him to Real Estate where he started his career as a leasing agent matching Tenants and Landlords together while transitioning to real estate sales.
In 2002 he successfully obtained his Real Estate Broker’s license and then formed Jakubco Development Inc. continuing to expand his real estate footprint one transaction at a time. Also in 2002 he graduated from the University of Illinois Chicago School Of Law where he commenced his legal career with an emphasis on real estate law and continues to counsel his clients on a daily basis while closing over 5,750 real estate transactions over a vast array of property types. Throughout this period of time Jakubco Development Inc. continued to expand their operations serving Chicagoland. He has successfully closed over $70,000,000 Dollars in property sales and transacted over 400 residential and commercial lease agreements throughout his brokerage career and continues to focus on providing his clients the one on one communication they deserve providing honest perspective and opinions that are in his clients best interests and feels this approach will continue to elevate, vindicate and obtain the satisfaction of current and future clients. Nicholas Jakubco is also licensed in The State of Arizona.
